flux-2-pro is the professional image generation and editing model in Black Forest Labs' FLUX.2 series, suited for product showcases, brand visuals, and creative production. It emphasizes material details, lighting relationships, and the expression of complex instructions, balancing high-quality image output with ongoing iteration. Through this platform, you can create visuals from text or modify them using existing images, completing a workflow from concept to asset delivery.
Submit requests to the public API at api.acedata.cloud using the documented parameters, then use the results in your application.
api.acedata.cloudflux-2-proInput parameters and result formats vary by service. Use the public API for this model and follow its guide for generation, task retrieval and editing operations.
FLUX.2's native creation capabilities and this platform's invocation parameters are described separately; actual operation uses the generation, editing, and aspect ratio settings above.
flux-2-pro is suitable for creations targeting photorealistic imagery, with attention to details such as fabric, glass, and architectural surfaces, as well as perspective and lighting relationships between objects. Prompts can describe the subject's materials, placement, and environmental atmosphere at the same time, helping products or people blend into the image instead of merely generating isolated objects.
FLUX.2 focuses on responding to complex instructions, making it suitable for including composition, color, and image text in a single creative brief. When producing brand visuals, you can specify hexadecimal colors, headline content, and element positions. For tasks with demanding typography requirements, text and layout should still be checked item by item before final delivery.
In addition to generating from scratch, flux-2-pro can also accept image links and editing instructions. You can request adjustments to product scenes, clothing styles, or the mood of an image, while clearly specifying which subject characteristics need to be preserved. This workflow is suitable for following an existing visual direction and making gradual changes rather than redescribing the entire image in every round.
Provide a product image and a description of the target environment, such as placing a perfume bottle on a dark stone pedestal with soft side lighting and water droplets, to generate a presentation-ready scene version. The prompt should clearly specify the packaging shape, label, and features to retain; before delivery, check whether the bottle proportions, brand text, and product details match reality.
Use the campaign theme, brand colors, and headline copy as inputs to generate poster backgrounds, social media graphics, or banner concepts. Set square, landscape, or portrait ratios separately, and specify the subject placement and space for text. First select a satisfactory visual direction, then edit around that direction to create assets for the design team to refine.
Write character clothing, actions, spatial layout, and lighting conditions as a clear scene description for character mood images or environment concept exploration. If you already have a sketch or finished image, you can submit the image to further adjust the style and scene elements. The output is suitable as a discussion draft and production reference; key designs should be compared one by one across different versions.
If your main tasks are product images, marketing visuals, and routine editing, and you want to balance image quality with iteration efficiency, flux-2-pro is a suitable choice. It is not another spelling of the older flux-pro, but a model in the FLUX.2 series. When integrating, explicitly set model to flux-2-pro and use ratio formats; avoid reusing pixel dimension settings from older models.
When the core challenge of an image is complex layout and fine visual elements, consider FLUX.2 [flex]; when consistency in complex editing, prompt adherence, and style fidelity are more important, consider FLUX.2 [max]. pro is suited to balancing quality and efficiency in routine production. Do not treat max's real-time web-context capability as a feature of pro.
For text-to-image, specify the subject, materials, lighting, and aspect ratio; for modifying an existing image, prepare image_url and clearly state what to change and preserve.
Submit model=flux-2-pro, action=generate, prompt, and size=16:9 to /flux/images; when editing images, choose edit and add the image URL, while count is used only for generation.
Save the returned image_url; for asynchronous requests, query with task_id or configure callback_url. Compare key elements before and after modification, then use the finished image in subsequent design work.
The reference product is a transparent insulated cup, placed beside a light-colored stone surface and greenery, retaining the lid and capacity markings, with morning side lighting and a horizontal brand photography composition.
Use size=16:9 to express the canvas ratio, and check the markings, cap, and lighting item by item; the ratio is not fixed width and height in pixels.
No. flux-2-pro corresponds to FLUX.2 [pro], while flux-pro is a different invocation model. When using this model, explicitly specify flux-2-pro and write size as an image aspect ratio; do not directly reuse pixel-dimension requests from the older model, as the parameter format may not apply.
Set action to edit, and provide image_url, prompt, and size in aspect-ratio format. The prompt should clearly state both the intended changes and preservation requirements, for example, changing the background while retaining the product shape and label. Editing does not use count to control quantity; after completion, retrieve the result through the returned image link.
The size parameter for this model does not accept pixel dimensions in this format; use 1:1 instead. For landscape or portrait images, you can use ratios such as 16:9 or 9:16. The ratio determines the canvas orientation and does not represent a fixed pixel size. If you have strict requirements for the final dimensions, resize the image after downloading it.
It is suitable for creating visual designs with titles, slogans, and layout requirements. You can specify the text content, placement, and brand colors in the prompt. If the task relies heavily on small text or complex typography, consider FLUX.2 [flex]. Before official publication, you should still check spelling, glyphs, and layout, and make design revisions if necessary.
You can set async to true, obtain a task_id first, and then query the task result; you can also provide a callback_url to receive completion notifications. Your business system should save the task ID, associate the completed result with the original creation task, and then read image_url in data to download or display the image.
